Morning - Egg White w/Brown Rice Tortilla & Avocado w/waterMorning - 2 cups of coffee w/splendaMid Morning - banana w/waterLunch - Egg White Omelete w/very light cheese, 2 slices of Wheat Toast, Avocado and a waterMid Afternoon - Egg Whites, some almondsDinner - 2 brown rice tortillas, Carne/Pollo Asada, Avacado, Green & Red Bell Peppers, Salsa and WaterLate Night - waterI feel like I was a little off on my food the past two days. I did not eat as clean as I wanted too, but it was still pretty good. This coming up week, I am going to eat super clean. I will be measuring tomorrow morning, so I am hoping to have improved results. I am hoping for a drop in body fat percentage, but no much in weight.With all food plans, please consult a physician or a registered dietitian.
