Friday August 6th, 2010Morning - Half Bowl of Oatmeal w/almonds and Splenda and a water.Coffee - 2 cups of Coffee w/splendaMid Morning - Half Bowl of Oatmeal w/almonds and Splenda and a waterLate Morning - Half Brown Rice Tortilla with some Brown Rice, Egg White, Blueberries & Strawberries. This was a quick snack and WaterLunch - Wahoo's Restaurant - Charbroiled Fish (Blackened) with Brown Rice, Black Beans and Fresh Salsa. Also, had a glass of waterCoffee - Coffee w/a little bit of real sugarWaterMassage at 515pm for one hourWorkout for One Hour - Resistance TrainingDinner - Orange Roughy w/vegetables and a side salad.
