Wednesday August 4th, 20105:45am - Banana w/glass of water800am - 3 heaping TBSP of Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, Blueberries & almonds - Water9:30am - Cooked Ground Turkey, Brown Rice & Avocado Slices (very small bowl) - Water11:30am - Apple Slices, Watermelon and water1:30pm - BBQ Chicken Slices, Brown Rice, Veges, Egg Whites & half a Brown Rice tortilla w/water3:15pm - Diet Coke4:30pm - Banana & Watermelon w/Water 5:30pm - 1 Hour Intense Workout6:30pm - 3 heaping TBSP of Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, Blueberries & almonds - Water 6:45pm - 2 Sets of Singles Tennis8:00pm - Red Snapper, Veggies, Salad w/ranch dressing on side (dip salad into it), water & Soda/Cranberry Drink10:00pm - 1/2 Brown Rice Tortilla, 1 tsp peanut butter & 6 almondsNOTE: this is my food plan and please consult your physician before embarking on such a goal.
