Beast Slastix Battle Rope | Stroops | Personal Trainer Portland

We just got our 77 lb Beast Slastix Battle Rope by Stroops over the weekend and it is awesome. We were not sure where to put it because we did not want to anchor in an area that would get in the way while we were training other clients in our studio. What we ended up doing is using a TRX extender strap, bought a metal smooth large O-Ring and then looped the Slastix Battle Rope through that. The extender strap is attached to a professionally installed TRX Anchor in a cement column wall, so it is perfect for the the type of movement this piece of fitness equipment performs. We have anchored at a higher level because we do not want it to hit the ground because we do not want to upset our neighbors, so when the battle rope is in use it is all always in the air, meaning, it never comes in contact with the ground. We use it for up and down motions, side to side motions and for interval type of exercises like rows, curls, triceps kick backs, etc. You can do a variety of exercise with this device in addition to other types of exercises that you would do with a traditional battle rope. Here is a quick video of what we did,  on our Facebook page. We will be posting more videos this week, so stay tuned!  If you are in the Portland Oregon area and you want to check out more about what our private Portland personal trainer studio has to offer, our information is below. The Art of Personal Training by Kisar Dhillon107 SE Washington StreetSuite 137Portland, Oregon 97214503-953-0241
