Portland Personal Trainer | Ate Too Much Today!

I think I ate too much food today. I worked out at 11:45am and then I played an hour & half of intense singles tennis too. I ate dinner at 5 am and it consisted of my egg white omelets, but then I was hungry again at 830am and I had the same thing, but added a brown rice tortilla. I was told I was getting too skinny, so I took some pictures of my on my phone and I was happy with the results I am getting. For the next month I am going to be increasing my weigh lifting, staying with my food plan and keeping up with my aerobic component. I don't want too lose too much muscle, so my cardio is going to consist of six days of intensity, but more moderate approach.
