Advantage Of Using 2 Kettlebells At One Time | Portland Personal Trainer| Part 3

If you've mastered the single kettlebell moves and you want to take it to the next level, then I see training with 2 kettlebells in your future! As a Portland personal trainer we need our clients to always start with one kettlebell, but when they form and biomechanics are good to go, then working with 2 kettlebells will challenge your neuromuscular system to the core! Not only are there loads of more moves and variety, but 2 Kettlebell training increases fat burning and  endurance all while developing strength and power. Furthermore, this is done through intense dynamic and challenging moves that train both sides of the body at the same time and offer an even distribution of weight and balance. Doing 2 kettlebell moves require a ton of energy and muscle activation, forcing on our "stabilizer" muscles to work big time!  2 kettle bell workouts attack more compound muscle groups and are can be very aerobic in nature, similar to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). In fact, if you add 2 kettle bell moves into a HIIT format you'll be shocked at how difficult and effective your workout's can be in a shorter period of time. The Art of Personal Training by Kisar Dhillon107 SE Washington Street, Suite 137Portland, Oregon 97214503-953-0241
